Apply today and take the first step toward your future with Sedgman Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Advisory: Execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with business goals and enhance Sedgman’s global profile. Content Creation & Management: Drive the development of engaging content for internal and external channels, including digital platforms and social media. Campaign & Project Management: Develop and execute a new, impactful marketing campaign in collaboration with Sedgman stakeholders and wider Group stakeholders globally. Brand Governance: Maintain brand consistency by ensuring company communication aligns with Sedgman and wider Group guidelines. Manage Global Platforms: Monitor the Sedgman websites and intranet platforms, ensuring system integrity and configuration align with corporate standards. Analytics-Driven Impact: Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics to optimise results and inform future actions of our global campaign. Community & Industry Engagement: Strengthen local stakeholder relationships through community initiatives, while supporting industry partnerships and events to showcase organisational excellence. What You Bring Proven experience in strategic marketing and communications roles. Strong strategic planning, content creation, and advisory capabilities. Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication. Proven expertise in managing digital marketing and analytics tools. A knack for project management, delivering high-quality solutions on time and on budget. A strong eye for detail and commitment to brand governance and quality assurance. The ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders globally. Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred). A solid foundation in marketing and communications with 5–7 years of experience developing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness across multiple channels.
