Job Title: New Client Onboarding Coordinator

In fact, one connected practice management system simplifies each step of the patient experience - from first contact and scheduling to clinical treatment and billing, to ensuring loyalty and recurring care.

Your Impact:
  • You will be critical in guiding our new customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto our software platforms.
  • You will be the main point of contact for new customers and will be responsible for scheduling onboarding activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and arranging all required documentation.

This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located in Surrey, BC.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers through the onboarding process, from post-sale to go-live date.
  • Conduct kick-off calls with key stakeholders such as Practice Managers, Office Managers, Dentists, and manage customer expectations.
  • Monitor and manage simultaneous onboarding projects, adjusting where necessary to minimize issues and ensure key milestones are being achieved.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional resources such as Installs, Conversion, and Training consultants.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs and responsibilities to minimize customer touchpoints and remove duplication of effort.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, suggesting new ways of working that reduce the friction from customer onboarding.
  • Take ownership of the outcome, which is a successful customer onboarding, regardless of area of responsibility – i.e. we do what it takes to make sure everything just works and the customer is set up for success.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of program and project delivery experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Curious and growth mindset.
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to jump between tasks.
  • Strong decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The posted range for this position is between $70,000 CAD - $78,000 CAD which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.
