Become a Project Coordinator at Dinamo

As a Project Coordinator at Dinamo, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical documents essential for project execution, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Follow-Up: Track tenders, prepare addenda, and follow up with bidders.
- Bid Analysis: Collaborate on analyzing bids after submission and participate in interviews with the lowest bidders.
- Material Procurement: Organize and manage material tenders to secure the best costs.
- Coordination Meetings: Attend coordination meetings between the site team and professionals, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Master Schedule Preparation: Work with the Project Manager to prepare and maintain the master project schedule.
- Three-Week Schedule: Develop and update the three-week schedule in collaboration with the Site Superintendent.
- Daily Reports: Contribute to drafting daily site reports with assistance from the Site Superintendent.
- Site Visit Notes: Follow up on site visit notes from professionals and ensure subcontractors address any required corrections.
- Shop Drawings: Support the Project Assistant in managing shop drawings to minimize delays on-site.
- Directives Follow-Up: Assist in transmitting and following up on professional directives with subcontractors to meet contractual deadlines.

In this role, you will be a vital part of ensuring smooth and efficient project execution, while upholding Dinamo’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or any other relevant education or experience.

Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Skills and Qualities:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
