We pride ourselves on focusing on the present, while building for the future by remaining a sustainable and environmentally conscious manufacturer.We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.About the RoleA project coordinator is responsible for managing multiple client accounts and providing ultimate customer service to clients. They also manage client inventory, produces multiple reports, and maintain Web Tracker as well as client websites.Provide Ultimate Customer Service to ClientsFulfill customers’ requests via e-mail or phone, which may include pricing, shipping, item descriptions, order status, technical questions, etc.Communicate all technical and/or quality issues to parties concerned within the company.Follow up on orders to ensure clients receive production at the expected date.Manage all customer questions, including technical support related to products.Work closely with Sales Team to maintain the current customer base.Audit customer information, payment terms, EDC coverage, freight terms, miscellaneous charges, and sales tax.Provide transport and installation services.Support service deficiencies.Process Production Orders and Order EntryReceive POs from Clients.Place orders for production in Project Tracker and follow up on them closely with the help of Project Managers to ensure end dates are met.Enter and maintain releases in ERP system.Relay company needs and requirements to Shipping Team to ensure end dates are met.Maintain Web tracker and client websites.Inventory Management & KPIMaintain reports:Review of Project trackers and Visual Customer orders (releases) to ensure dates reflect current demand.Maintain Prepaid Inventory.Inventory Management:Review regularly non-moving and/or aging inventory and provide the clients concerned with an action plan:Invoice all non-moving committed stock in full, with storage charges to follow.Manage client inventory:Inform clients of low or negative inventory, so that they can determine if new commitment orders are to be placed.Help develop a min-max program where applicable.Additional ResponsibilitiesAttend training activities.Attend team meetings.Attend project kick off meetings.Follow company and department policies.Continuous improvement:Improve customer service relations:Being stronger with our timeliness of responses.Being stronger in providing customer with a solution to a problem.Improve problem solvingBetter understanding of the process and how one action impacts another.Being more proactive and thinking out of the box.Improve time management and prioritizing.Improve understanding of inventory and prepaid stock.Other related tasks.EducationDEC or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Operations and/or any other related fields.Experience3-5 years of experience in the Project Coordination role in the manufacturing industry.Specific KnowledgeStrong understanding of Project Coordination tasks associated to the manufacturing industry. Project management skills and accounting background are an asset.SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, Bilingual (French and English), computer proficiency with skills in MS Word and Excel, ability to handle high call volume on phonesand emails, excellent organizational skills in maintaining files, able to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment, stress management, analytical, ability to prioritize.BehaviorsCourteous, team player, resourceful, enjoys undertaking new challenges and responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
