**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, data analysis, and KPI management.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to develop dashboards.- Excellent communication influential and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong ability to do research, analyze, pull key components from the research and communicate findings with a recommendations to business leaders- Good understanding of the insurance industry and carriers- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.**Beyond the salary**:
