The Action Group is currently seeking a Program Manager to provide the day-to-day direction of programs and services; including assisting in developing policies, procedures and systems to ensure effective services are in place. Providing leadership and support to ensure staff have the required resources to effectively deliver the services. Participating in selection and training of Program Coordinators. Ensure development and monitoring programs. Assist in securing and administering funding models. Position will be working with FSCD (Family Services for Children with Disabilities), PDD (Persons with Development Disabilities).

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary degree in Human Services or related field.
- Organizational business knowledge and skill.
- 5 years supervisory experience.
- Understanding of PDD and FSCD programs
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
- Clean criminal record check
- Clean child intervention record check
- Qualifications:

- Strong focus on service delivery and concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of complex behaviors.
- Flexible
- Highly organized
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- 3 weeks vacation

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lacombe, AB T4L 2K6
