**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE**:
To ensure seamless onboarding processes for new employees and contractors while maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and to provide essential support in data analysis and coordination to enhance overall safety practices within the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee the onboarding of new employees and contractors.
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing for new hires and facilitate paperwork completion.
- Welcome new employees with office tours and provide technical support for hardware and software setup.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files.
- Assist new hires in navigating payroll, HSE, and field ticket systems.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems for new Employees and contractors.
- Assist new hires in navigating payroll, HSE, and field ticket systems.

**Data Analysis and Coordination**:

- Collect company safety data, prepare accurate reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of client data reports and assist in data gathering for HSE management presentations.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and presentations related to health and safety.
- Schedule employee training sessions and monitor certification expiration dates.

Additionally, undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the HSE Manager. This role integrates health and safety onboarding coordination with data analysis responsibilities to ensure compliance and efficiency within the organization's HSE practices.
