- What you bring:
- 1 - 3 years of administrative/team support experience in a professional environment.-
- Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems, billing, DocuSign, Adobe Pro etc.)-
- Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.-
- Experience conducting research through MLS, MPAC, RealNet, and/or the Internet if required.-
- Exceptional administrative skills: demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in day-to-day work in an accurate manner.-
- Attention to detail, team-focused attitude and an ability to operate autonomously.- Bonus skills and experience:
- Commercial real estate experience a plus-
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- What success looks like:
- You have strong capacities in planning, organization, and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.-
- You will work with advisors and brokerage project specialists to draft and edit listing documents (exclusive and multiple listing service agreements), update internal CRM and internal signage databases.You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data, research, marketing, and brokerage project specialists).-
- You are confident in your ability to coordinate information for clients, recent lease/sale reports, availability information, other required documentation.-
- You will provide general office support through file management, organizing and documenting distribution and Salesforce contacts, meeting coordination and note taking, general office maintenance, invoicing, etc.- #LI-PR1
