The Academic Advising & Career Centre (AA&CC) embraces a holistic philosophy in its delivery of integrated academic advising, learning skills, career development and employment coaching services to students. **Your opportunity**:
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Academic Advising & Career Centre (AA&CC), you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of CRM systems which would include: setting up permissions, configuring modules, pulling data and troubleshooting technical issues following FIPPA and PHIPA processes and AODA guidelines. These systems act as a hub for the coordination of services, programs and events for the Academic Advising & Career Centre, AccessAbility Services and Health and Wellness units. You will work with campus and tri-campus partners to creatively problem solve and ensure consistency of service delivery. In addition, you will provide technical expertise on special projects related to supporting student success.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Following rules and procedural instructions when creating, maintaining and/or deactivating user accounts
- Running queries to gather data and generating reports
- Monitoring system functionality and preparing standard reports
- Creating and maintaining course shells on the learning management engine
- Conducting needs assessment to determine end-user technical requirements
- Training end-users on procedures and the use of supported IT systems
- Liaising with clients to resolve minor complaints and address issues

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong computer skills with CRM/Information management database systems, HTML, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), as well as interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills to be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience managing effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. employers, alumni, students, staff, faculty)
- Ability to manage conflicting demands, problem-solve and work well under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to train varying levels of end-users on systems
- Must show evidence of a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and the promotion of a respectful and collegial learning and working environment
