We are looking for an energetic, creative, and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to help us build the future of knowledge management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing valuable and relevant content for all stages of the buying journey.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Own and develop highly engaging, educational, and valuable content to drive demand generation and nurture contacts across all stages of the funnel
- Lead the creation and coordination of blog articles, success stories, guides, reports, and white papers.
- Coordinate logístical requirements of podcast episodes. Activities include inviting guests, preparing interview, and supporting overall podcast content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing to create sales enablement content that will communicate the needs of our audience
- Work closely with event marketing to support customer speaking engagement and coordination
- Manage the content calendar and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and goals
- Maintain a content inventory that sales and marketing can easily reference and leverage
- Measure and report on content performance and adjust strategy as necessary
- Research and stay up to date on the latest industry topics and share findings with marketing team to inform content strategy
- College or University degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A minimum of two years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or related work experience.
- A portfolio of published work is encouraged
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding and experience in Knowledge Management industry considered an asset
- The ability to keep abreast of content and industry trends and advancements in technology
