**Business Unit**:
Hadrian is a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for accurately receiving manufacturing materials and product in order to maintain integrity of inventory control and ensure delivery of product and material to appropriate internal department location.
- Supervise and manage Burlington facility cycle count program daily
- Receive all material and product deliveries
- Inspect, reject, or accept inbound shipments
- Distribute and store material and product in appropriate location
- Accurately input received material information into JD Edwards and forward documents to accounts payable
- Control movement of scrap distribution to appropriate bins
- Document all material scrap transactions
- Work with department supervisor to ensure that daily and weekly requirements are complete
- Review daily and weekly Open Purchase order report.
- Plan racking space according to receipt
- Upon receiving check the packing slip for piece count match to our PO.
- Attach the scanned packing slip, to the PO in JDE and complete the receiving.
- Manage and maintain racking & shelf tagging (replace damaged tags, ensure product is in proper place, etc.)
**Visual Daily Management (VDM)**
- Update the VDM data of the Open Purchase order.
**Cycle Count**
- Receive the complete count from, Press Shop, Paint Line and Hardware. Review the count for any count error and send for recounts if required. Once recounts are received update the cycle count in JDE.
**Scrap Management**
- Review and update the scrap from Press Shop, Assembly and Paint Line. Run report and forward the information.
- Manage the steel, garbage and wood scrap area. When required schedule the pick-up of the bins.
**Summary of Qualifications**:
- Experience with material handling, receiving and inventory cycle counts preferred
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment
- Strong team player while able to function independently and with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- High level of computer literacy, strong mathematical skills and analytical, problem solving capabilities
- Minimum of basic Excel skills
- Must have strong communication skills both in written and verbal formats to various skill levels of employees
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
