We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and hard working individual to fill a Project Associate position in Calgary. The Project Associate provides essential support for engineering projects, focusing on data collection, documentation, and coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in engineering and seeking to develop technical and project management skills.

Duties to include, but not be limited to performing or assisting in:
1. **Data Collection and Analysis**:
a. Perform site visits to collect measurements, photographs, and field data.

b. Assist in compiling and analyzing data for use in engineering designs and reports.

2. **Documentation**:
a. Draft preliminary project documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

b. Ensure all documents are organized and accessible in accordance with company standards.

3. **Project Coordination**:
a. Assist Project Engineers and Leads in scheduling meetings and tracking progress.

b. Conduct site visits to gather data, monitor progress, and resolve issues.

c. Communicate with vendors, contractors, and team members to relay updates.

4. **Learning and Development**:
a. Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.

b. Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to various aspects of engineering projects.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience (internship/co-op experience preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
