YOUR CHALLENGE

Reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, you will contribute to creating and developing exceptional learning solutions and key initiatives regarding organizational development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

**Training**:

- Actively collaborate in managing and deploying learning strategies and projects according to the company’s priorities: need analysis, resource planning, progress follow-ups, communications and post-mortem meetings.
- Creatively design and update, in collaboration with content experts, the learning activities based on best practices: formulate learning objectives, write scenarios, create content and exercises, and provide evaluation tools to assess skill transfer. Upload content online, ensure quality assurance, offer technical support to learners, etc.
- Ensure all content’s formatting, standardization and quality while complying with the company’s visual identity and standards.

**Organizational Development**:

- Collaborate in the evolution of various organizational development initiatives, such as preparing individual plans for talent management, succession planning, performance and development discussion, leadership development, etc.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Creation of content adapted to the required needs and quality levels. Contribute to the performance improvement of employees and their commitment levels.
- Optimize the skill development process and talent management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in instructional design, organizational development, education, communication, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience designing and developing training activities and implementing development programs.
- Three (3) years of experience in creating online learning content. Desirable knowledge of Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Vyond, Synthesia, Canva.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the management of training in an LMS (Asset).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), both in French and English.
- Capacity to meet their commitments while maintaining high standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Capacity to develop strong partnerships to promote trust and accountability with all stakeholders.
- Strong planning skills, autonomy, and capacity to prioritize and manage various projects.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
