By offering these valuable insights, we enable mortgage professionals to find the best mortgage lender for their clients efficiently and effectively.

**Job Description**:
This is a full/part-time position requiring 5 to 6 hours per day, five days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary information and assess mortgage needs.
- Triaging potential mortgage clients to our team of underwriters for further evaluation and processing.
- Regularly update lender rates, rules, and lending criteria on The MortgageMatrix website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth client flow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to mortgage professionals using The MortgageMatrix platform.

Qualifications:

- Minimum one year of experience in mortgage administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and online platforms.
- Familiarity with The MortgageMatrix platform is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
