Collaborate with Operations to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aimed at maintaining a responsive pipeline to enable quick ramp up of projects.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle:

- coordinate with hiring managers,
- extend job offers,
- coordinate onboarding requirements, and
- hand-off new starters to the Onboarding Team.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific site/job requirements, functions, and the skills required for success

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment for the mining, construction or oil sands industries.
