- **Day shifts: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours between hours of 7:00 am to 5:00pm.

**Tasks** -**
- Perform exit interview.
- Complete employment letters as requested.
- Assist with recruitment as needed.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Job Qualification

**Education**
Minimum - Enrolled or Completion of Human Resources Administration Diploma/ Degree/Post-Grad Certificate

**Experience**
- HR experience considered an asset
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to accurately enter confidential data and information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software.
- Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English.
