Title: Coordinator, Golf Services

Reports to: Director, Golf Services

Location: Golf Canada Head Office

Status: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Ideal Start Date: April 2024

OVERVIEW:
About Us

PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Designated Account Representative 30%
- Act as an account rep for member clubs in selected provinces. This includes supporting the provincial staff, technical support, agreements, paperwork completed, promoting, transferring, and promoting sales.

2. Member/Customer Service: 50%
- Provide customer service and Score Centre support for member clubs and golfers.
- Primary point of member services i.e. transfers, merging, account modifications.
- Make recommendations for improved user experience, better customer service.

3. Financial Tracking and Reconciliation 10%
- Lead the tracking and financial reconciliation of membership sales through Golf Canada’s website.
- Track and report on membership benefits fulfillment including Golf Canada Incident Protection program.

4. Systems 10%
- Update and maintain the Member Club database with club information.
- Data entry and maintenance of Golf Canada Score Centre.
- Special assignments as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES:

- Bilingual (English and French) - strongly prioritized
- Strong organizational skills and administration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong decision making and conflict resolution abilities.
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel
- Golf knowledge or experience is not required but a passion and interest in the game of golf and in Golf Canada’s mission is.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES:
1. Représentant de comptes désignés 30%
- Agir en tant que représentant de compte pour les clubs membres de certaines provinces. Cela comprend l’assistance au personnel provincial, le soutien technique, les ententes, la documentation complète, la promotion et le transfert des ventes.

2. Service aux membres/clients 50%
- Assurer le service à la clientèle et le soutien au Centre de scores pour les clubs et golfeurs membres
- Être le principal point de contact des Services aux membres pour les transferts, les fusions et les modifications aux comptes.
- Faire des recommandations visant l’amélioration de l’expérience des usagers et de meilleurs services à la clientèle.

3. Suivi et rapprochement financiers 10%
- Diriger le suivi et les rapprochements financiers des ventes d’adhésions par le biais du site web de Golf Canada.
- Assurer le suivi et rendre compte de la prestation des avantages offerts aux membres, dont le programme de protection en cas d’incident de Golf Canada.

4. Systèmes 10%
- Mettre à jour et maintenir la base de données des clubs membres où sont consignés les renseignements sur les clubs.
- Entrer les données et maintenir le Centre de scores de Golf Canada.
- Missions spéciales selon les besoins.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:

- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) fortement priorisé.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles et administratives.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle, y compris des communications téléphoniques, interpersonnelles et par courriel professionnelles et efficaces.
- Fortes capacités décisionnelles et de résolution de conflits.
- Maîtrise parfaite de la suite Microsoft Office Suite, y compris de MS Excel.
- La connaissance ou l’expérience du golf n’est pas exigée, mais un intérêt, voire une passion pour le golf et la mission de Golf Canada l’est.
