Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will promote products to Master Groups Western Canadian Dealer Network by evaluating their needs and providing exceptional customer service. The incumbent will work to provide pricing solutions to gain orders, input orders, coordinate logistics and provide after PO support.
**What you will accomplish with us**:
- Cross reference parts or equipment based on the requirements to meet the customer’s needs
- Determine Residential HVAC equipment requirements to meet the individual client’s needs
- Communicate inventory needs with local team to assure proper levels are available to service customer needs
- Ensure product deliveries are completed as per customer requests, which includes the sourcing of products internally and from vendor
- Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals
- Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for clients’ approval
- Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication
- Answer calls and written communications from clients, branch representatives and external representatives
- Process orders in line with the proper company policies and procedures while communicating with all parties; (purchasing, sales team, logistics team, customers)
- Provide after PO support with proper follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction
- Inform clients on standard procedures
- Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing
- Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies
- Assist with providing the best method to problem resolution when issues occur to ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies and procedures
**What You Bring to Our Team**:
- Post Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline an asset
- Demonstrate experience in HVAC (an asset)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Comfortable working with ERP software
- Willingness to acquire industry knowledge
- Completion of sales related training programs (an asset)
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French will be an asset
- Professional phone manner
- Self-motivated, organized and strong interpersonal skills
- Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
- Ability to close sales and work under pressure
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Willingness to continually learn
- Team player and ability to work independently
