We are searching for a Booking Coordinator Manager to join our family. **POSITION MANDATE**

The Booking Coordinator Manager is responsible for managing the Booking Department. Ensuring all Dental and Hygienist schedules are maximized while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a personal image that upholds the dental office standards of integrity and quality while providing excellent customer service.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Continually monitor the schedule to plan an optimal day for the dental team, always ensuring the practice's schedule is optimized to meet daily and weekly practice goals
- Directly contributing to the success and profitability of the office through appointment scheduling and outstanding patient service
- Ensure Booking Spreadsheets are maintained accurately
- Understand and be on board with all marketing incentives
- Train all new Booking Coordinators and current Booking Coordinators to fill their positions effectively
- Spend time on the phone assisting Booking Coordinators, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Act as a backup for Booking Coordinators

As the manager, you will ensure the Booking Coordinators;
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Confirm existing scheduled appointments
- Follow up on leads produced by the marketing department of customers who have demonstrated an interest in our dental services
- Educate and sell new dental programs/packages and services to current and prospective patients
- Accurately enter new and established patient information into dental software, ensuring notes from all patient communication are entered live

Demonstrate a total understanding of the culture and processes of the dental practice;
- lead by example through actions and attitude
- conduct meetings as required
- attend meetings as directed
- attend the daily morning huddle

Perform special projects as requested and other duties as assigned

Because of the fluctuating demands of the position, you may be expected to perform tasks as needed or as directed. You are expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as others are expected to help you.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
- Experienced in sales with validated sales success
- Goal-oriented, driven by challenges and results
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional telephone skills with a high degree of customer service
- Self-starter with a high degree of professional judgment and an intrinsic desire to continually learn and grow
- Knowledge of dental procedures is an asset
- Dedicated team player
- Able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and able to work independently but work well with others
- Highly organized
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working quickly and efficiently
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
