**Summary**:
Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The role will function as an interface with the operational group, IT and a team of experts working on business transformation initiatives with overall responsibilities and an opportunity to lead in the definition of solutions, creation of requirements, roadmaps, sequences and overall end-to-end delivery.
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Operations Teams, Development Teams, Technical SMEs, and Leadership to ensure that the solutions provided align with the business requirements and business objectives
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Develop user stories, UI mock-ups/prototypes, process diagrams, and other documentation to effectively convey requirements to the development team
- Build the training strategy, develop training material and deliver end user training or support Trainers and provide information to help build the training strategy
- Own and groom stories in the backlog, keep backlog relevant, establish acceptance criteria, drive prioritization in the backlog, and obtain stakeholder validation that the product meets business requirements
- Execute regression testing, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness testing, analyze and report test results, work with development team to correct defects

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Master communicator capable of breaking down technical and complex concepts in a way that is understood by non-technical audiences
- Can slice and dice a business problem into deployable and useable product increments
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across departments and levels of the organization

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong working experience in Confluence and JIRA
- Experience working and presenting to senior decision makers
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and tech team
- Proven analytical background
- Demonstrated experience delivering and executing key projects through cross functional teams
