**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to the Product Manager and communicating with business partners and stakeholders.
- Be an individual contributor and manage a continuously evolving backlog of new product requests.
- Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders for the advancement of the product.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize business and technical stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Ensure stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to the development team, to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product.
- Maintain and refine backlog: Create user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.
- Collaborate extensively with DevOps teams, providing leadership and ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree preferably of a technical, computer science, or engineering orientation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, senior business systems analysis, or a similar technical role; with 2-3 years of experience working in Salesforce environment.
- Hands on experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning UI. Salesforce administrator certification would be a definite asset.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce products to develop client or business solutions - configuring Salesforce CRM products, modifying screens, changing workflows, validation rules, security controls, data analysis, and reporting.
- Hands on experience in Salesforce object structure, security model, profiles and roles, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, triggers, and knowledge management.
- Expertise with full software development life cycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployments.
- Expertise with relational databases and ability to navigate through relational data structure and experience working with SQL.
- Self-starter, results-oriented and motivated with excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Proven effectiveness at managing multiple tasks of varying complexities, meeting tight deadlines, and working well under pressure.
- Ability to actively listen, visualize and brainstorm with customers to create optimal solutions to complex business problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with experience writing business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience as part of an Agile Team (in a distributed setting in multiple geographic locations) with demonstrated understanding of the Agile mindset would be a desired skill.
