Office Administrator - Home Installations

Job Summary
House Smart Home Improvements has been servicing homes in the lower mainland for 20 years in Energy Efficient Products. Do you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy keeping a business running and organized? We are hiring for full time (35 hrs per week) for a service-oriented individual to join us as an office administrator. You will play an integral role in managing customer files and accounts throughout their process with House Smart Home Improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best in class service to our customers through prompt and friendly service during all stages of the installation project from initial installation scheduling to final invoice payments.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care and urgency
Process inbound customer contracts for completeness and accuracy. Double check order sheets prior to ordering for product accuracy
Schedule installation date(s) with customers
Follow up on existing customers for install performance and reviews

Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent listening skills and a caring attitude
Ability to interface with all levels of management and with subcontractors
Detail-oriented, well organized, and with a proven ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Technology savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word

Degree in Business Administration an asset but not required
