We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support and Order Desk Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer support, promptly respond to inquiries, process orders accurately, and identify upselling opportunities. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, focusing on retention, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Process orders for Bell products and services accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on Bell's product offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in customer support, order processing, or a related role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Sales or upselling experience is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer programs.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team environment.
- Familiarity with Bell's product portfolio and services is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
