We are seeking dynamic IT project management professionals to work in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You will report to the Manager of the
Digital & Technology (D&T) Project Delivery Department and will be responsible for all tasks related to project management and
project integration including initiating, planning, executing, and closing multiple small to enterprise scale projects within the D&T
business function.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Manage IT projects to scope, schedule and quality following standard PM methodologies within Manitoba Hydro policies and

practices.
- Ensure that project management processes align with the related enterprise processes including Supply Chain Management,

Capital Planning, Finance, etc.
- Plan, organize and control the execution of activities and resources of project delivery teams.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance (budget, cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and issues).
- Manage selection and use of external consultants, including preparation/ analysis of requests for proposals, integration of
- work with other project teams and enterprise employees, as well as the overall management of their defined tasks.- Understand the impact to and ensure effective communication with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four year degree in Computer Science (Honours), Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related

discipline from a university of recognized standing plus a minimum of five years directly related experience in information
technology which includes a minimum of one year directly related experience in project management
OR
- A two year diploma in Computer Technology or related discipline from an institute of recognized standing plus a minimum of

seven years directly related experience in information technology which includes a minimum of one year directly related
experience in project management.
- Completed a minimum of 25 hours of Project Management education that meets the PMI requirements for PMP certification,

and possesses working knowledge of Project Management tools, including Microsoft Project, and system development
lifecycle methodologies.

of Information Technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the enterprise. Able

to produce professional communications, documentation and deliver presentations to all levels.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $44.16 - $60.97 Hourly,
$84,621.94 - $116,831.26 Annually.
