**Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Collision Continuous Improvement Team at a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level
- Work directly with Operational Directors & Collision VP to identify areas of opportunities in collision centre performance
- Manage and allocate projects to various team members
- Oversee workflow within the CCIT team to ensure projects are completed on time
- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate goals and expectations
- Hire, train and manage the CCIT team and their performance

**Requirements**:

- 3 + years of management experience
- Must have a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- Experience managing and executing continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques
- Proven track record of process improvements leading to increased performance
- Experience with change management in regard to implementing new processes
- Experience working in and/or with collision centres and their systems (Bodyshop Connect, Mitchell Connect, Qapter & Progi) is an asset, but not required
- Travel across Canada is required
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
