We are a leading player in the mining and quarrying industry, dedicated to providing high-quality raw materials for various construction projects. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quarry Dispatcher. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient coordination of quarry operations to meet production targets and customer demands.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Dispatch Operations**:

- Coordinate and schedule the movement of quarry equipment, trucks, and personnel to optimize production efficiency.
- Assign tasks to equipment operators and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with quarry personnel, equipment operators, and truck drivers to convey instructions and updates.

**Logistics Management**:

- Track and report on the status of deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise during transportation.

**Equipment Maintenance Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule routine equipment maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.

Monitor equipment status and address breakdowns promptly by coordinating repairs and replacement equipment.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Weigh and record truck weights as they exit the quarry,
- Maintain accurate records of quarry operations, including production volumes, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with quarry operations, equipment, and safety regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Requirements**:

- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must
- Self-Starter
