**Vice President of Marketing**

Dignity Health Global Education (DHGE) is looking for an experienced and innovative Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department and to enable our go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate as a key leader and set the Marketing direction, priorities, metrics, goals and overall roadmap to support the Company’s OKRs and market penetration of business
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketers and own the corresponding strategies related to the brand, communications, and partnerships to ensure it is fresh, relevant and memorable
- Own and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness across the enterprise and B2B-related initiatives and projects
- Work with the leadership group and company shareholders, who are some of the largest healthcare companies in the world, to lead a brand transition for DHGE
- Collaborate, synchronize, and align with the enrollment (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) sales teams for a clean account and lead hand-offs and an effective feedback loop on the quality and direction of a GTM strategy
- Develop impactful communication channels and support a portfolio of new demand generation tactics such as webinars, virtual or live events, customer stories, and immersive demos wherein performance and progress are reviewed and improved upon
- Lead the Product Marketing Strategy alongside the team to create battlecards, liaise between product and sales to support product enablement training and positioning, and new and product launch strategies, including collateral, presentations, content, and newsletters
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget, and its integration with other components of the company budget
- Build relationships with media and key stakeholders across funding partners and execute creative PR strategies ensuring messaging and impact are timely and consistent
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO and the executive team to be delivered weekly, quarterly and annually as part of the company planning and objective setting
- Conduct market analysis and research while monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance, feedback and ideas to organize effective marketing and sales initiatives and projects
- Monitor and support the growth and performance of the marketing team and forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department

**Requirements and skills**
- 10+ years of product and/or program marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
- 5+ years of experience managing large teams, with a strong desire and high skill in the development of people in a supportive, accountable environment
- Experience working in the healthcare or education field is preferred, but not required; experience working in healthcare education would be highly valued in this role
- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior roles.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions

BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field. Master’s degree preferable
