**We are looking for a motivated Vice President, Sales and Marketing to join our team**

**Summary**

Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve organizational goals. Implement go-to-market strategies, drive top line growth, and maximize the business profitability. Build a culture that creates values for customers and employees.

**Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)**
- Together with Sales Manager, lead and guide Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- Work with RSMs to achieve Sales and Booking budgets.
- Build, implement, and execute sales growth and business development strategies.
- Optimize RSM sales territories strategy, together with Sales Manager.
- Work with RSMs during commercial negotiations and authorize discounts above 20%.
- Drive initiatives to maximize cash collection.
- Conduct performance reviews and administer compensation plans for direct reports, Sales Manager, and RSMs.
- Interview and hire sales talents.

**Strategic Marketing Duties**
- Build and implement marketing strategy to grow top line revenue.
- Recommend R & D projects and priorities, with input from RSMs and agents.
- Recommend acquisitions to VPG.
- Travel globally to close deals, understand industry trend, and develop new business. Ability to travel 20% of working time
- Work with Marketing Manager / Assistants and conduct competitive market analysis.
- Set prices of new and existing products, together with Sales Manager, to maximize margins.
- Review and edit/rewrite technical content of KELK literature, as required.
- Attend international expositions and conferences to promote KELK products.
- Approve style of KELK websites.
- Approve design and placement of KELK ads.

**Administration**
- Build sales/booking budget, make sales forecast, and prepare other reports for higher management as requested.
- Propose capital budget for the department and approve expenses.
- Approve quotations, REEEPS, and contracts.
- Develop contract strategy and negotiate contracts in accordance with company standards and business requirements.
- Organize and lead Sales meetings, participate in Operations meetings, and other meetings as required.
- Travel in support of KELK and VPG global business.
- Set policy on workflow systems and document them in standards.
- Build cooperation with other VPG companies.

**Agents**
- Approve commission splits as required.
- Monitor performance of KELK agents.
- Recruit and train new agents as required.

**Kelk Oversee Office (KSO)**
- Monitor operation of KELK Shanghai Office (KSO).
- Approve staffing of KSO.
- Review and approve compensation of KSO staff.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering background. Conversant in International Business. General mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience in working with technical and commercial personnel associated with Steel industry or with OEM’s for the same industries. Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development and minimum 10 years in sales leadership position.
- Ability to communicate with confidence to OEMs and End Users on technical and commercial discussions.
