**What Will You Do?**
- Plan/schedule and coordinate runs.
- Input load information into computerized dispatch system.
- Track shipments from origin to destination. Ensure times of pickups and delivery time are accurately recorded and reported to customers.
- Secure some pick-up and delivery appointments as required.
- Report and monitor all delays
- Report, monitor and investigate OS&Ds
- Complete rating, billing, POD paperwork and required reports for various dedicated customers
- Keep updated list of equipment. Coordinate repairs, services etc with designated shops.
- Follow up calls to customers when required.
- Communicate with manager about customer inquiries and follow up.
- Research new customer information for Manager prior to visits when required.
- Type up quotes and/or provide spreadsheet.
- Ensure required CODs have been received by Erb X.
- Courier cheques for product to customers. Obtain credit card information from C.O.D customers and advise Credit Department for processing.
- Cover and completion of owner-operators pays and forward to A/P.
- Organize and load home delivery product on set days
- Record and organize Inventory count of product holding in Mississauga.
- On call and weekend work may be required.
- Create Ace Manifest/Paps and Pars for US Bound drivers.
- All other duties as assigned

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- High School Graduate or greater required.
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience.
- Ability to respond to inquiries after hours and on call when needed
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Proven organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills are required (i.e. Word, Excel, Internet, Dispatch Software)
- Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
- Adaptable and be willing to work both independently and in a team.
- Capable of working in a cold environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
