Full-time - Clerk

O'Flynn Weese LLP is a full-service law firm in Belleville with 9 lawyers and 17 staff. The position is on a full-time basis, working with various lawyers, in a friendly and team-based environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Drafting wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and other legal documents

Organizing and attending meetings for execution

Managing the will vault, updating client records, and handling requests for wills

Managing files (file opening, accounting)

General administrative duties, including but not limited to scanning, filing, printing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments

Other duties as assigned
- Highly organized
- Patient and empathetic
- Superior spelling and grammar skills
- Comfort working independently with short deadlines
- Experience with keyboarding and computer programs (primarily Word and Outlook)
- Experience in an office is preferred but not required

**Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Cover letter and resume is required**, with two references to be provided upon request.

Salary is commensurate with experience

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

**Experience**:
