**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Has experience in Office Coordination or relative/transferable experience
- Has planned events in the past and has a great talent in making sure all of the DETAILS are looked after
- Has been part of projects from conception through to completion
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentation)
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Has a positive, self-starting attitude
- You hold a valid G class driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Be the “go to” person in office throughout the week days
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and coordination of administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Solink staff
- Coordinate ordering and scheduling of office equipment, furniture & supplies purchasing
- Addressing employee queries on office management issues and company policy issues
- Assist in planning in-house and off-site activities like parties, lunches, celebrations, tradeshows & conferences
- Liaison with the property management company for parking, ID badges, and similar
- Ensuring the office is fully stocked and has all the equipment (and snacks) needed
- Ensure meeting equipment and food are regularly booked
- Additional general Admin tasks and duties as needed
