-- Move Digital records into Content Server libraries for various Parks and Open Spaces teams.
- Support improvements to content server libraries in Parks.
- Index hard copy records to be sent off site.
- Develop and populate new libraries to be populated with content.
- Arrange item in the new library.
- Scan reports and documents to be included.
- Support Shared Drive restructuring and maintenance.
- Work on Manual records management.
- Scan reports and documents to be included into official repositories.
**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Information and Records Management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic proficiency in Open Text Content Server would be an asset.
- A Valid class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of personal vehicle.
- Must be detailed orientated with the ability to organize data either manually or digitally in a variety of structures.
- Demonstrate team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

- Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
-work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
