**Financial Administrator**

**Location**:Terrace, BC

**Job type**: Full time, Permanent

**YOUR ROLE**

You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative services to our Investment Team that will help to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business You will also be playing a key role in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience with our business.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- You will be supporting the Investment and Insurance Advisors in daily administrative functions, including:

- Preparing, maintaining, and updating client files efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing external reports as required for upcoming client meetings
- Processing updates and changes to client accounts
- Effectively managing client service items that are reoccurring (i.e., annually, monthly etc.)
- You will contribute to providing an exceptional client experience by communicating accurately and professionally with clients
- You will provide support to our clients through booking appointments, processing documentation, and following up on any outstanding items
- You will also be responsible for updating the CRM as required
