**Sales Coordinator**:

- As the Sales Coordinator, you will be a key contact for our customers, sales teams, sales administration, and service. Your passion for details and follow through will be vital in ensuring that customers have an excellent experience through fleet implementation, equipment relocation, equipment disposal and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the implementation of fleet deals, this includes coordinating pre-assessments, delivery, installations, training, and equipment pick-ups. (if required)
- Coordinate equipment relocations for customers and equipment disposals.
- Follow up with customers and collect feedback while also resolving or escalating any outstanding issues.
- Review and escalate any customer issues as it relates to invoicing.
- Respond to simple customer care issues.
- Provide sales equipment reporting and data collection.

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a coordinator role.
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional detail orientation.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Exposure to Salesforce is an asset.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Coordonner la mise en œuvre des contrats de parc de matériel, y compris la coordination des évaluations préalables, de la livraison, des installations, de la formation et du ramassage du matériel (au besoin).
- Coordonner les déplacements et l’élimination du matériel pour les clients.
- Assurer un suivi auprès des clients et recueillir des commentaires tout en résolvant ou en redirigeant les problèmes en suspens au niveau supérieur.
- Passer en revue et rediriger tout problème du client lié à la facturation.
- Répondre aux problèmes simples du service à la clientèle.
- Fournir des rapports sur le matériel de vente et la collecte de données.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Avoir au moins une (1) année d’expérience dans un poste de coordination.
- Être en mesure d’effectuer plusieurs tâches et de gérer des priorités conflictuelles.
- Avoir un souci exceptionnel du détail.
- Avoir des compétences intermédiaires avec Excel.
- Avoir de l’expérience avec Salesforce (atout).
