We are looking for a Refinish Support Specialist to join our Coatings team in Toronto, ON.

**As a Refinish Support Specialist, you create chemistry by...**:

- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, particularly in color matching, which is critical in the automotive and coatings industries.
- Utilizing exceptional color vision to work with precise color specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being.

**If you have...**:

- A secondary School Diploma.
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in spraying with BASF coatings.
- Good computer skills to manage the software aspects of the job.
- The ability to work independently, showcasing strong work ethics and meticulous attention to detail.
