**Main Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Process Area Manager leading the implementation of S/4 Hana for Procurement and Supply Management, the Master Data Lead will be responsible to, lead the cleansing, enrichment and conversion P&SM’s master data moving from ECC to S/4 Hana.

Activities include but not limited to:

- Serve as a liaison between consultants, CN business, CN I&T, other CN workstreams
- Report regularly on progress to Management
- Provide insights and validate cutover plans for data conversion
- Align on Change Management requirements with OCM team and Deloitte process & MDG teams
- Actively participate in various project workshops by providing insights on source system (SAP ECC) master data
- Define the as-is data structure & governing rules for P&SM master data
- Convert data requirements & pain points into User Stories
- Provide insights on Source System (ECC) master data structure, governing rules and data framework during the detailed design sessions
- Review the system configuration & documentation in Source System (ECC) along with CN IT and align on TO-BE
- Review the system configuration, master data structure, governing rules and data framework in S/4 along with CN IT
- Review and sign-off the Functional Specification documents for all conversion objects
- Anchor the data profiling requirements for data enrichment and cleansing
- Enhance existing P&SM master data through mass update runs
- Define /Validate rules for data extraction and conversion
- Define test scenarios for all conversion User Stories

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- 3 to 5 years experience of overall technical design of master data management solutions
- Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Broad understanding of business process analysis and developing system requirements
- Understanding of reporting, key performance indicators, and relationship to master data
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience planning and/or leading brainstorming and workshops related to technology improvements is considered an asset
- Previous experience working with SAP ECC, SAP MDG or S4 HANA is considered an asset

**Education/Certification/Designation**

Have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration (concentration in MIS) or related technology focused field is preferred however all combinations of related education and experience will be considered.
