**Content Specialist**

The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases our products, services, and expertise in the technology industry. You will produce various types of content that elevates our brand and connects with our audience in meaningful ways. The Content Specialist will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement efforts through collaboration, creativity, and a passion for technology and storytelling as we propel our organization to a one-billion-dollar Technology Ally.
**How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career**:

- Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform content creation.
- Support content management processes by maintaining editorial calendar, style guides, and asset inventory.
- Ensure content reflects brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all tactics and channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content initiatives with broader business goals.
- Provide content support for a variety of corporate communications including marketing campaigns, bids and proposals, and other departmental initiatives as needed.

**Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role, within the technology industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates ability to work as a collaborator, share expertise, and build and maintain effective relationships.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO principles, and content marketing best practices.

**Desired/Preferred Tools**
- Experience in HubSpot is a plus
- Experience with marketing project management tools like Click-Up a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Teams + Outlook required
