**Primary Tasks**
- Answering and servicing incoming phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer experience in person and over the phone
- Ensure every client interaction is a great representation of the company and promotes services offered
- Promptly respond to and follow up with leads
- Check in clients and provide them whatever information is needed
- Create and manage appointments
- Structure and delegate the work flow for the day
- Maintain and organize documents, invoices, expenses, etc.
- Complete Quickbook tasks (such as creating invoices and reconciliation)
- Manage social media interactions
- Promptly respond to manager inquires

**Secondary Tasks**
- Provide assistance with vehicle collection and delivery
- Assist co-workers with their tasks
- Manage inventory
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Run errands (pick up shop supplies, products, etc.)

- Self starter, proactive, resourceful and independent
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Phenomenal interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Motivation for sales; understanding customer interaction is a potential sale and representation of the company
- Confident in his/her sales approach
- Objection handling and closing skills
- Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent time management, producing high quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- Can work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Resourceful and independent problem solver
- High energy level

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (front desk experience is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Has a G2 or G license, a vehicle, good driving record and proof of insurance
- Values must be congruent with the company’s core values
- Exhibit customer first mindset
- Positive attitude that contributes and supports a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
- Authentic interactions with customers ensuring they feel valued
- Strictly adhere to company and client confidentiality
- Dependable with an excellent attendance record

- Attire and behavior is a professional representation of the company
- Will need to complete a criminal background check

**Asset**
- Familiar with CRM software, Quickbooks and/or Google Workspace
- Automotive experience

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Potential raise after 6 month probationary period + yearly raise based on performance review. Potential monthly bonuses available.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
