**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Provides administrative support to Program Director including scheduling of members meetings, preparations of agenda, recording and maintain meeting minutes, and development of reports
- As an admin you’ll be the first and main point of contact for all partners, staff and members in a helpful and efficient manner.
- Coordinates educational activities (e.g., conference schedule, Employability programs, Anatomical body chart project, ) that support the existing program.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of RaricaNow, providing several administrative services.
- Monitor the grant activities and deadlines and inform the team about the necessary needs to see feet.
- Organize and review and approve all content that goes out to the public social media and coordinate, maintain office records and files
- Assisting other activities inquiries, referrals paperwork and support letters for newcomers and refugees.
- Review, evaluate and implement the new administrative procedures in the sector of our program deliveries
- Establish work priorities and ensure Procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, operating budget and maintain inventory and budgeting control.
- Provide other administrative support and create content for social media.
- Assist in updates to website as it pertains to membership, directories and member only areas

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
