Job Summary:

The Spare Parts and Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the overall inventory, procurement, sales of parts and materials. This role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels at BellatRx, proactively driving spare parts and kits sales, and ensuring operational efficiency to minimize customer downtime and ensure part availability at customer or at our warehouse. Additionally, the role supports parts strategy development, monitors parts usage, and collaborates closely with the Parts Coordinator to streamline order fulfillment and inventory processes.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage the analysis, and determination of optimal stock levels for parts
- Manage the procurement, and maintaining inventory at optimal levels, sale, of spare parts and materials to ensure minimal customer downtime, and quick order turnaround.
- Collaborate with the Parts Coordinator to process and fulfill spare parts and kits orders generated from customer requests.
- Proactively engage with customers to drive sales of spare parts and kits and prevent downtime through pre-emptied replacements.
- Monitor spare parts usage trends and analyze data to anticipate customer needs and coordinate part replacements with customers and service dispatch.
- Optimize inventory levels using procurement and warehousing systems, preventing stockouts and minimizing obsolete stock.
- Create, update, and maintain spare parts kits, ensuring relevance to customer and operational requirements.
- Generate and maintain updated spare parts lists, ensuring obsolete parts and kits are identified and removed from inventory.
- Act on ECN's when they relate to spare parts stocks at our warehouse and at that of our customers and take corrective action for stock modification, obsolescence and replacement
- Update spare parts data in project folders to support Aftermarket operations and project documentation.
- Develop strategies to improve inventory management processes, such as enhancing safety stock levels and reducing lead times.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by coordinating with procurement, engineering, warehouse, and service teams to align on stock availability and delivery timelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields is an asset.
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or spare parts coordination.
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine is an asset).
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock optimization, and warehousing systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to inventory management.
- Strong communication and sales skills to engage customers and drive parts sales.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform inventory decisions.

- Ability to lift and handle parts/materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel (if required).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.

Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes, sans toutefois s'y limiter :
- Gérer l'analyse et la détermination des niveaux de stock optimaux pour les pièces.
- Gérer l'approvisionnement et le maintien des stocks à des niveaux optimaux, la vente de pièces détachées et de matériaux afin de garantir un temps d'arrêt minimal pour les clients et un traitement rapide des commandes.
- Collaborer avec le coordinateur des pièces détachées pour traiter et exécuter les commandes de pièces détachées et de kits générées par les demandes des clients.
- S'engager de manière proactive avec les clients pour stimuler les ventes de pièces détachées et de kits et prévenir les temps d'arrêt grâce à des remplacements préemptés.
- Suivre les tendances d'utilisation des pièces détachées et analyser les données pour anticiper les besoins des clients et coordonner les remplacements de pièces avec les clients et le service d'expédition.
- Optimiser les niveaux de stock à l'aide des systèmes d'approvisionnement et d'entreposage, en évitant les ruptures de stock et en réduisant au minimum les stocks obsolètes.
- Créer, mettre à jour et entretenir les kits de pièces détachées, en veillant à ce qu'ils correspondent aux besoins des clients et aux exigences opérationnelles.
- Générer et tenir à jour des listes de pièces détachées, en veillant à ce que les pièces et les kits obsolètes soient identifiés et retirés du stock.
- Agir sur les ECN lorsqu'ils concernent les stocks de pièces détachées dans notre entrepôt et dans celui de nos clients et prendre des mesures correctives pour la modification, l'obsolescence et le remplacement des stocks.
- Mettre à jour les données relatives aux pièces détachées dans les dossiers de projet afin de soutenir les opérations du marché secondaire et la documentation du projet.
- Élaborer des stratégies visant à améliorer les processus de gestion des stocks, notamment en augmentant les niveaux de stock de sécurité et en réduisant les délais de livraison.
- Soutenir les efforts d'amélioration continue en coordonnant avec les équipes d'approvisionnement, d'ingénierie, d'entreposage et de service afin de s'aligner sur la disponibilité des stocks et les délais de livraison.

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises :
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au minimum ; une formation post-secondaire en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des stocks, l'approvisionnement ou la coordination des pièces détachées.
- Expérience des systèmes ERP (Infor SyteLine est un atout).
- Forte compréhension des processus de contrôle des stocks, de l'optimisation des stocks et des systèmes d'entreposage.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, en particulier d'Excel.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche proactive de la gestion des stocks.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de vente afin d'impliquer les clients et de stimuler les ventes de pièces détachées.
- Capacité à analyser les données et à identifier les tendances afin de prendre des décisions éclairées en matière d'inventaire.
