**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support projects including scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
- Coordinate departmental events, team-building activities, and meetings.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to support onboarding or team needs.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.

**Required**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Demonstrate exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to bring enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results and fostering team collaboration.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and challenges, ensuring continuous growth and efficiency.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
