Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Superviseur(e) aux opérations** pour un poste permanent à temps plein à Alma au Lac-Saint-Jean.

Le rôle de Superviseur(e) est conçu pour ceux et celles qui aiment:

- Agir à titre de coach auprès d’équipes de travail
- Faire preuve de leadership et autonomie
- Faire une différence directe sur la conformité et la sécurité

Relevant du Chef de service du secteur et sous un horaire sous rotation jour/nuit (3-2-2-3), vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Agir à titre de coach pour atteindre les objectifs, identifier et adresser de manière proactive les risques SSE et encourager les bons comportements afin de créer une culture zéro incident
- Contribuer à la rentabilité de l'activité, à l'augmentation de sa marge opérationnelle, au contrôle efficace et au maintien des coûts de production
- Gérer avec efficacité le personnel sous sa responsabilité et développer un climat de travail propice à l'amélioration continue des résultats
- Engager l'équipe dans une dynamique de communication efficace, en maintenant des messages clairs et en recherchant l'opinion des employés pour assurer une meilleure performance
- Comprendre les processus, les standards et les systèmes en place, s'assurer qu'ils sont compris et disponibles pour les employés

**Votre contribution**
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence TENS
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe de production
- Démontrer un haut niveau d’engagement, de leadership et d’autonomie
- Posséder une très grande résistance au stress et une bonne capacité d’adaptation
- Faire preuve d’une grande rigueur dans l’organisation de son travail et démontrer un excellent niveau d’initiative et de débrouillardise

**Emplacement du poste**

La région du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean est un centre important pour notre groupe de produits Aluminium ; c’est de là que provient près de la moitié de sa production mondiale. Nos installations dans la région comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse en propriété exclusive, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida (CRDA), le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port.
