**DESCRIPTION**:
**Charl-Pol** is looking for a **production coordinato**r for a site located in Kitimat
- Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the works jointly with the other actors in order to maximize the projects;
- Plan labor needs according to the different work teams and deadlines;
- Organize and control the work of supervisors and their team;
- Manage and support the occupational health and safety program as well as compliance with laws, standards, regulations and health codes;
- Ensure the management of conflicts between employees and maintain a constructive, mobilizing and healthy work environment;
- Coordinate the preparation and facilitation of meetings with teams and employees;
- Ensure and participate in the proper integration of new employees;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bilingual (french and english);
- Be committed and action-oriented;
- Strategic vision;
- Ability to mobilize and motivate his team;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Sense of organization and rigor;
- Ability to adapt and manage stress;
- Studies in welding will be considered an asset;
- Experience in personnel management in an industrial environment;
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
