The Client and Administrative Support Coordinator for the Nanomedicine business is responsible for creating and sustaining a welcoming, clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

This position is part of the Facilities department located in Vancouver, Canada and will be onsite. Further, this is a one-year contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent according to business needs. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you will do**:

- Greet associates, guests, and vendors acting according to organizational compliance guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of site services and amenities including inventory management and order requests.
- Liaise directly with Sales Support teams, customers, and internal visitors to coordinate corporate events and manage utilization of space.
- Support our new hire onboarding program in partnership with Human Resources and other business groups.
- Champion a positive safety culture contributing to our emergency response program and Joint Health & Safety Committee and further act as an onsite emergency contact during core office hours.

**Who you are**:

- Committed to consistently delivering a professional and positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a regulated specialized industry, contributing to written policies and procedures, and contributing to audits.
- Detail oriented and able to create efficient inventory systems (office administrative supplies, etc.), along with appropriate budget tracking, and ability to lift minimum 10kg.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Vendor/contractor supervision and negotiation

The salary range for this role is $50 - $65K CAD_._ This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
