**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**

Through a variety of learning practices, including classroom, virtual, self-directed, or blended learning experiences, the Learning Consultant -Agile is responsible for creating innovative and engaging performance improvement solutions to achieve strategic business outcomes and empower employees to deliver outstanding experiences to our customers and partners. The role consults with key stakeholders to research, recommend, design, develop and deliver integrated, comprehensive training solutions for small to medium-sized and/or medium complexity initiatives, while fostering innovation through talent and culture.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**
- In partnership with Agile coaches, develops and maintains learning solutions to support the Agile transformation
- Identify causes of performance gaps and recommends appropriate learning or non-learning solutions in collaboration with the department
- Actions detailed learning proposals outlining the business need, learning audience, learning solution, learning schedule, success measures, and roles and responsibilities for stakeholders and T&OD
- Create the learning materials for classroom, virtual, self-directed, or blended learning experiences
- Focus on innovation in learning, and find ways to maximize efficiencies in the development cycle to reduce project timelines
- Schedule content reviews as applicable with SMEs and the T&OD team
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions as appropriate and provides all delivery requirements to facilitators
- Use Workday for class administration such as attendance and leveraging for digital modules
- Conduct regular analysis of learner results, summarizes and presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain content integrity of assigned programs through ongoing analysis, delivery observation, and post-delivery/implementation reviews

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**

**Must-have...**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Diploma in Adult Learning or a related field or related experience in a similar role
- Agile certification considered an asset
- CTP or CTPD designation considered an asset
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in adult learning practices, instructional design, and Agile methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (MS Teams, MS Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of digital authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Audition)
- Knowledge of digital hosting platforms (e.g. Wistia, SoundCloud, Stream)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (e.g. Workday)
- Experience with learning measurement and evaluation methodologies and best practices
- Familiar with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations

**Nice-to-have...**
- Experience working in an organization that uses the agile methodology considered an asset
- Experience in the payment industry considered an asset
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
