- Understand new and pre-owned automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Qualifies prospective buyers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models
- Facilitating test drives, explaining warranties and services.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, following up with customers, negotiating price
- Complete full sales process including deposit collection, communication with technicians/lot attendant, registration, delivery, and follow up (including any come backs)
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Computer skills: MS Office & excel an asset

Fitzgerald Motors Inc. has been operating in Kitchener since 1992 and is looking for professional individuals it can grow its business with. We will contact all applicants that meet our criteria.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
