This position is Open to all Agents outside of Kitchener
- Waterloo as well looking to join a Company that will support their business through Administrative Support, training and Education

**Note: Only applicants with a valid RECO real estate license or are in the final course to obtain their real estate license will be considered.**

- You hold an active real estate license or are in the final stage of obtaining one
- You’re motivated and desire growth, both professionally and personally
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as effective oral and written communication in the English language
- You’re organized and can effectively manage your time

- You're local to Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario (where our office is located)

- **Basic Responsibilities**:_
- You’ll go on appointments with home owners and acquire property listings
- You’ll go on appointments with home buyers and secure chosen properties
- You’ll effectively source and manage leads within the team database
- You’ll complete daily tasks within our lead management system
- You’ll build positive relationships with potential clients
- You’ll host open houses as needed
- You'll take part in team events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
