**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company as a skilled consultant to facilitate the successful design, implementation, and adoption of complex, high-profile strategic projects.
- Legislative and working knowledge of all Long-Term Home and Retirement home job classifications.
- Ensure alignment to Plan A’s strategic plan and key initiatives and provide strategic oversight and guidance to the franchisees to oversee project deliverables.
- Deliver education sessions using the Adult Learning methodologies.
- Develop and execute a project strategy that meets the project’s required performance, schedule, and profitability targets.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment; provide effective coaching, motivation, and guidance while leading working groups throughout the project life cycle.
- Demonstrate technical and professional knowledge of the Long Term Care and Retirement industry
- Develop and implement strategies to address the identified gaps, ensuring that the project is completed with high quality.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate, including project plans, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
- Manage, prioritize, and ensure that project deliverables meet the project's quality standards.
- Solve any issues that may arise during the project.
- Manage and build relationships with multiple teams.
- Lead project meetings to control and monitor project progress.

- Ability to maintain positive energy and is an active team player.
- Ability to take initiative and be self-directed, adaptable, and innovative.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities, strong time management skills, particularly in managing deadlines and/or high peak work periods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proven track record of previous projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computer programs; Word, Excel and Internal online software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines.
