Markstone Landscaping is seeking an **Inside Sales Assistant / Customer Service Rep. **.

**Company description**:
Markstone Landscaping is a West-GTA contractor providing quality hardscaping services specializing in interlock and concrete flatwork. With over 10 years of experience, we are a trusted name in residential construction servicing Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville and Burlington.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (start time is flexible)
- May require some Saturday support
- This is **not a remote role**

**Duties include**:

- Screening/ qualifying all incoming sales leads using highly strategic criteria. Recording all incoming sales leads using CRM platform.
- Generating leads for summer and winter work with outbound calls.
- Strategically scheduling all qualified leads into Sales Representative's schedule in order to minimize driving time and maximize efficiency.
- Manage Sales Representative schedules/calendars to help confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Notifying customers of project and payment schedules.
- Following up with customers after job completion.
- Scheduling locates with Ontario One Call.
- Working closely with the Project Coordinator to manage workflow - as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience lead screening / qualifying required
- Dispatching experience, an asset
- Experience with Sales Force, LMN, or other CRM platform, an asset
- Highly self-motivated individual with exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
