Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator supports the Brand Partnerships team in connecting the right partners to align with our client’s marketing initiatives and activities in order to deliver successful results.
From coordinating the Brand Partnership team’s day to day activities to scheduling meetings with key stakeholders, researching new vendors, supporting client’s sponsorship initiatives and coordinating events. No one day is the same.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the long-term relationship development of a portfolio of vendors, partners, contractors and clients
- Communicate with vendors and client teams to provide updates and support
- Address client and vendor questions and resolve issues
- Coordinate day to day team activities
- Schedule meetings with vendors and key stakeholders
- Update and maintain the vendor database
- Vendor and freelancer research
- Collaborate and build reports, workback schedules, project timelines, presentations and budgets as required
- Assist in the organization of client’s sponsorship and brand ambassador initiatives
- Event coordination from conception to completion
- Responsible for delivering exceptional client service (internally and externally)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years of experience in events, marketing or business administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of vendors and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strict attention to detail
- Effective communicator - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
- Team player and problem solver
